Nori (NOH-ree): Paper-thin, crispy sheets of pressed sea vegetable.
Usually used for Japanese sushi rolled around rice or crumbled as a
garnish.
Rich in protein, calcium, vitamins, iron and minerals.
Nutritional yeast: Dietary supplement and condiment that has a
distinct
but pleasant aroma. Its taste varies from nutty to cheesy. It can be added
to soups and casseroles or sprinkled on toast, popcorn or spaghetti.
